Job Description
BSD Design & Management is seeking motivated, qualified, and hardworking professionals to join its growing team. The company is currently hiring candidates for positions in Civil/Construction Engineering and Architecture.
The opportunities are available in Addis Ababa and Bahir Dar, with full-time employment.
Work Arrangement
Office-based position.
No site visits required.
Available Positions
Position 1: Office Engineer – Civil/Construction
Salary & Benefits: As per the company's salary scale
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), reports, technical documents, and office coordination materials.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Position 2: Architecture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Architectural Engineering.
- Junior and Senior candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Revit proficiency is mandatory.
